Six teams from Mumbai will be participating in the pre-qualifying round (Maharashtra leg), of the IWL (Indian Women’s League), which is scheduled to commence at the Cooperage ground, from Monday, August 14, 2017.
The participating teams are MDFA Women’s League champions, Football Leaders Academy, Bodyline SC, Kenkre FC, PIFA Sports Club, Football School of India and Rush Soccer.
The Pre-Qualifiers League, to be organised by WIFA, will be played on a double leg basis and the winners’ will get a direct entry to the qualifying round, which is scheduled to be held later next month.
