Madhoo who made her debut in hindi film Phool Aur Kaante with Ajay Devgn has not been seen in a bollywood movie for a long time. Madhoo happens to be Dream girl Hema Malini’s niece and has acted in Hindi as well as Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada films. She is best remembered for her portrayals in Kuku Kohli’s Hindi hit Phool Aur Kaante (1991), Mani Ratnam’s Tamil hit Roja (1992), which won the National Film Award for Best Film on National Integration, K. Raghavendra Rao’s Telugu hit Allari Priyudu (1992), Sangeeth Sivan’s Malayalam hit Yodha (1992), and S. Shankar’s Tamil hit Gentleman (1993). After featuring in Agni vs Devi (Tamil) and Premier Padmini (Kannada), this year, she is making a comeback of sort in Hindi films with Khalli Balli which is in Horror-Comedy genre.
The muhurat was held recently where director Manoj Sharma announced two more films. Clap was given to Khalli Balli, Bhutiyappa and Flat No 420 simultaneously.
Madhoo, Krushna Abhishek, Rajnish Duggal, Kainaat Arora, Sugandha Mishra & others were present at three films announcement at Satellite Lounge, Andheri West. Kamal Kishor Mishra of One Entertainment Film Productions and Prachi Movies with Writer-Director Manoj Sharma invited entire cast and crew for announcement of three Films at Satellite Lounge, Andheri West. Raj Zutshi was the first to come for the event. Cast of every film was introduced separately. Madhoo Shah will be coming back after eight years in Khalli Balli. Madhoo Shah, Rajnish Duggal, Kainaat Arora, Rohan Mehra, Gopi Bhalla, Rakesh Shrivastava, Brijendra Kala ,Yogesh Lakhani, Asrani and Ekta Jain are the cast of film Khalli Balli who came for the event. Krushna Abhishek, Sugandha Mishra ,Rajiv Thakur ,Raj Zutshi are the cast of the film Bhutiyappa. Manoj Pahwa , Brijendra Kala are cast in film Flat No- 420.
The comeback movie of actress Madhoo, Khalli Balli, will go on floors on 18th May in Mumbai.
