Senior Volunteer of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh ( RSS) passed away yesterday at Zen Hospital, Chembur. He was 83. Jaisingrao is survived by his wife Dr. Kantabai Nalavade, former President of Rashtriya Mahila Morcha and former MLA, son Amol, daughter in law Naina, daughter Shilpa Nalavade- Kulkarni, Son in law Architect Amit Kulkarni and grandchildren. Last rites were performed on him at the chembur electric crematorium.
Jaisingrao served Jan Sangh full time during the period 1962 to 1970 . During emergencey he had gone underground and from 1975 he turned a committed volunteer of Janata Party. In 1980, when Janata Party merged with Bharatiya Janata Party . In 1987 he even contested corporation elections.Watching the progress of his wife Kantabai in social work, he supported her in Political career and managed his book printing business by publishing many books of Sahitya Sanskruti Mandal.
