krish Melodies recently presented a musical programme ‘ Indradhanush Saptasuron ke rang’ by Lehrein Musical group with Nanha Tara Foundation in aid of underprivileged school children. The main sponsors for this programme were New India Assurance Co.Ltd. and Oriental Insurance Co. supported by UTI Mutual fund and other well wishers .
The show was anchored by Asmita Ghate The music was by Nandu kerkar of kalyandji Anandji prog fame. The lighting of lamp and prayer song was sung by Mrs. Lalitha followed by various melodious singers led by Mr.Gopalakrishnan T.V.,Ananth ,Anupama,Mr.Ram Iyer, Aparna, Mili,Riya,Lalitha, Riya Lalwani, Nilesh Khatri, Mili Chawla, Aparna Ramanan, Rohit Malhotra , Asmita Ghate, and Jayashree Shankar and Gopalji himself.
The chief guest of the programme Mr.Singh also rendered a song .The programme received overwhelming response from the audience who shook their legs in the aisle of the auditorium . Young Mr.Rohit Shirke distributed his recently launched company’s brochures and enlightened everyone about the ‘Drone’ technology and how it can be useful for coverage of various events, marriage functions, election campaign, rescue and relief operations etc.
The musical evening concluded with speeches by Mr.Krishnan M.S. of krish Melodies and Mr.T.V. Gopalakrishnan of Lehrein Musical group and Nanha Tara thanking one and all with the promise by Mr. Krishnan….’ aawaaz ki duniya ke doston phir milenge’. Mr. Gopalkrishnan briefed about the activity of NANHA TARA WELFARE FOUNDATION and said , “Currently there are 83 Under privileged Children who are beneficiaries of the foundation funding 70% of the annual fees to ensure ZERO dropout of children who are financially challenged.”
