Manjul Bharadwaj shows the way towards team building

‘Team’ is the term that forms a foundation of an Institution. All the TEAM members act as a pillar and collaborate with each other to be the strongest support for the formation of their Institution. To establish self and to multiply thyself completes the process of making an Institutional Team.

‘Population First’ has taken initiative to evolve their team building processes through the world renowned philosophy THEATRE OF RELEVANCE initiated and practiced by MANJUL BHARDWAJ the  Internationally renowned theatre thinker and philosopher. In this workshop each participant inculcated human values within themselves and experimented and experienced self rectification process by which the bonding between the team members became stronger and trustworthy. Further working on the thought processes , participants bonded themselves with the team members that resulted in the formation of a comfort zone in their relation and with a period of time this comfort started challenging their levels of discomforts i.e, as an individual they avoided challenging themselves to come out of their discomforts …

From this wonderful constructive process participants started sharing their expectations what they expected from the team , and reinforced their qualities in a creative manner which had got hidden in their routine rut. Participants evolved themselves in creating space for each other , respecting each other’s choices , appreciating the uniqueness within an  individual team member.

The facilitator MANJUL BHARDWAJ guided the participants about their commitment in their profession and highlighted their roles of becoming a missionary. There is always a need to ignite our self and achieve our team’s goal. Commitment builds a team and Casualties destroys it !

For a successful Institutional Team, a series of points were noticed –

Respecting each member

Being punctual

Planning with team

Contribution of self with vision

Working in harmony.

Manjul also quoted ,” Our Indian folk culture (adivasi) has always been a great example and an  inspiration for being a team. “
