Indian girls Priyanka Pareek and Lakshit Narang enjoyed successful outings, wining both their group matches in the junior and cadet girl’s events of the SET 2017 Thailand Junior & Cadet Open, and ITTF World Junior Circuit Golden Series tournament, in Bangkok, according to information received here, on Friday.
In junior girl’s group six league matches, Priyanka defeated Xin Ru Wong (SGP) 3-2 and later blanked Chanokpron Hongsripan (THA) 3-0 to occupy the top position in the group.
In the cadet girls’ group five league, Lakshita also had a great day by scoring fluent wins against Acraporn Doungjan (THA) and Sarvinoz Mirkadirova (KAZ) by identical 3-1 margins to grab pole position in the group.
