Nawazuddin moved to Mumbai in search of roles but it wasn’t that easy. He had to struggle a lot. He even performed small roles in films like Munnabhai MBBS and few other films and thus was noticed by few film makers, who offered him suitable roles in films like ‘Peepli Live’, ‘Kahani’, ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’,’Talaash’ & ‘The Lunch Box’ . And, thereafter there was no stopping for him especially after release of film ‘Bajarangi Bhaijaan’.  In every frame of this film which presented him, he invited all the attention.

Now, Nawazuddin is all set to play lead title role in the film ‘Babumoshay Bandookbaaz’, which is all set to release on 25th August 2017. The film is set on the backdrop of a small town and therefore Nawazuddin is more connected with this film. Recently, he went down memory lane during the promotion of this film in small towns of Uttar Pradesh. He met many people and shared with them his old memories of that place. According to the makers of this film, Nawazuddin still holds his feet on the ground and got connected very easily with people around him, during film’s promotion. This clearly indicates that he is a down to earth person, no matter he has attained celebrity status today.
