Top clubs from Mumbai and two outstation teams will be vying for top honours in the Deserve Builder & Devolopers-RCF Premier Cup Football Tournament, organized by RCF Colony Boys Krida and Sanskrutik Mandal and will be played at the RCF Colony ground, Chembur from December 15 to 18, 2016.
A women’s football event, featuring eight women teams and eight boys Under-14 competition will also be held simultaneously.
The men’s champion team will get Rs 1,11,111 and runner-up Rs 55,000 besides trophies. The women winners will receive Rs 25,000 and the runners-up Rs 15,000 plus trophies. The boys will be presented with trophies. In addition there will also be other individual awards.
Some of the prominent teams from Mumbai who have confirmed their participation include Air India, Mumbai Customs, ONGC, Central Railway, Western Railway, Union Bank of India, Karnatak Sporting Association, Dena Bank, Bank of India and the outstation team are Rajra Mines (Bhillai, MP) and Nagpur FC (Nagpur).
