St. Sebastian SC combined well as a team and romped to a comfortable 3-1 win against Young Boys SC in a Super Division match of the Mumbai District Football Association League 2016-2017, and played at the Goans Sports Association ground, Cross Maidan.
The St. Sebastian outfit called the shots from the start and scored through Dexter Peters, Sunny D’Mello and Russell D’Souza, while Young Boys reduced the deficit through Shabaaz Khan.
In a First Division encounter, St. Joseph’s FC and Veniza Virar played out a thrilling 2-2 draw. For St. Joseph the goals were scored by Reynold Murzello and Vicky D’Souza) while Rahul Bhosale and Akshay Poojary found the net for the Virar side.
