Snehal Manchkar scored to take Bandra Packers ‘A’ into semi-finals tournament.
Later in the evening, Bandra Packers ‘A’ team got the better of Immaculate Conception SC, Borivali by a narrow 1-0 margin with Snehal Manchkar netting the all-important winning goal.
Meanwhile, in a men’s last 16 round match, Joga Bonita riding on the twin strikes from Daniel Fernandes romped to a comfortable 3-0 win against Our Lady of Victories, Mahim. Darius Fernandes struck the other goal for the winning outfit.
Earlier, Tushar Poojari hammed home both the goals as Bombastic Rockies put it across Mean Machine by a close 2-1 margin. Kunal Bhat scored for the losing team.
