Bollywood actor, who was undergoing Jail sentence for illegal possession of arms, relating to the 1993 Mumbai blasts case, has now been released from jail . After serving his sentence with good behaviour and conduct, Dutt was released today morning.
On returning home from Yeravada Jail, Pune, he addressed the media persons and posed for photos with his wife and two children. “I am missing my father today. He always wanted me to be free from this trouble. I am happy that now I am back with my wife and children. Let, me give some time to them first,” he said. Dutt was all praise for Jail authorities and other Jail inmates, for their good behaviour. When asked to comment on a biopic being made on him, he jokingly said that he was yet to receive the signing amount. But, before concluding his interaction with the media, he made it clear that he was cleared by the court from other charges. “I had undergone jail sentence, only on illegal possession of arms. “
As regards the honorarium received by him, for his labour work in jail , he said that like a good husband, he has passed on the amount to his wife. On his return, many Bollywood film makers are expected to visit him with their offers.
