Some call it a masterpiece. Some praise this film for wonderful performances from Varun Dhavan & Babita Sandhu. But, Prof. Rajesh Deo, who saw this film is of the opinion that the film ‘October’ is worth praising for both these plus points. What he liked the most in this film is the way actress Babita has expressed herself through her eyes, in her debut film.
According to him, what the director has offered, is for the audience to decide. Unless you have gone through the stage shown in this film, it is very difficult to understand this film. He feels that more number of times he watches this film, he will understand it more. There are no songs and no fight sequences. Yet, Varun makes his presence felt. Finally, he calls Sujit Sarkar a genius.
