Mumbai girl Sana D’souza the 6th standard student of Carmel of St. Joseph School, has been making progress in the game of table tennis. Winning and losing is part of competition. And after gaining the 13th position in India at the recently held South Zone TT Championship, Sana played brilliantly to retain her form.  Every tournament she faces, she plays her match very thoughtfully, observing the instructions of her coach. Her fitness plays very important role in improvement of her game.

Few days ago, while playing in the State Ranking Table tennis tournament at Thane, Sana once again displayed her talent, though she lost to Pune’s Radhika Sakpal in the finals of cadet girls event. This was Sana’s 3rd consecutive final in a row, out of which she has won one and was runners up twice. Sana trains at Guru Table tennis centre situated at Arogyam Dhanasampada Foundation, Malad . She also plays at Goregaon Sports Club. Reacting on her recent progress in the game of table tennis, this little girl is thankful to the two clubs where she plays regularly. “It is time to thank those, who offered me an opportunity to practice regularly ,” she says proudly.
