India bags 2 Gold, 1 Silver and 1 Bronze at World Racketlon Championship, Germany

Racketlon sport is gaining popularity in every country, including sports loving country like India.  This year, National Racketlon Championship was also held in India for the first time, when the Indian team in different age groups was selected to represent the country at the World Racketlon Championship, which concluded few days ago at Leipzig, Germany.

And the good news is that India won the Challenge Cup in this 17th World Racketlon Championships , when India Team A won the finals against Austria.

 

Another Gold medal was won by Abhinav kashyap in Men’s D category, while in the same event another Indian Varinder Singh won a Bronze medal.  In the individual event of Masters 45 plus Singles Ashutosh  Pednekar won Silver medal for India.
