Veera Desai Shreekrishna Swamy Mandir which is located next to Andheri Sports Complex, is dedicated to Lord Krishna and has regular devotees visiting morning and evening hours. This Mandir is known for its neat and clean environment, where the devotees find peace and solace. Now, this Mandir will have a new look with the beauty of mural painting. The temple wall is adorned with beautiful mural painting. According to our Puranas, On the advice of Lord Bramha, Maharishi Vyasa dictated Maharabaratha to Lord Ganapathy, and this is the theme of this mural painting.
Opening ceremony of this mural art took place recently, in presence of Asian Heart Hospital, CEO Dr. Padmabhushan Ramakant Panda, AFCONS Vice Chairman Shri K. Subramaninan, Execuitve Managing Director Shri Paramashivam and Swamy Sadmayand Saraswathy.
The paintings were sketched by Guruvayoor S/Shri Shreehari, Shashi Kechery and Shashi Kothachira.
