There are many more such happennings that take place on the cruise, including the climax, bringing the family together.

‘Dil Dhadakne Do’ is a refreshing film, which takes the audience on a delightful cruise ride. It is certainly different from all those routine Hindi films with small town stories. Though the length of the film is too long, almost 2 hours and 45 mins; the well presented script by the team of Rima kagti, Zoya Aklhtar, Farhan Akhtar & Javed Akhtar, keeps the audience engaged. Music of Shankar Ehsan Loy sounds different; but goes well with the ambience created in the film. Good Cinematography by Carlos Catalan, also needs a special mention.

Wonderful performances come from all the artistes in the film. But, Ranveer Singh is simply superb. He looks more matured in acting, through perfect presentation of his character . But, the credit goes to director Zoya Akhtar , who has brought that change in him. Certainly, a worth watch film. It is so realistic !
