Educationist Sanjeev Kadoo succumbs to Covid 19

Well Known Educationist and Industrial consultant Sanjee Kadoo  succumbed to Covid-19 today morning. He was 68. Sanjeev is survived by his wife Subhaga , son Sumedh, daughter in law and grandson Jacob.  He was undergoing treatment  at  K.J. Somaiya Hospital, Vidyavihar since June 28. When admitted, he was suffering from Pneumonia and was tested +ve for corona virus. For the past three weeks he was fighting to recover with timely treatment from doctors.

Sanjeev had a big friend circle and lots of well wishers around , having been associated with many educational institutes since 1990. Sanjeev had done his schooling from King George English School, Dadar and then did his M. Sc. With Chemistry followed by Diploma in Administrative Management ( DAM) from Jamnalal  Bajaj Inst. Of Mmt.  Studies, Mumbai.   He worked as Chemist ( Head of Quality Control Dept) at  Etemit Everest Ltd. A FERA group of company. Since  1995, he has been working as Industrial and Educational consultant.

Sanjeev  was President of Dnyandeep Mandal Mahasangh and was also Chairman- Trustee of Pioneer School, Kandivali ( East). He served for Lions Club of Dadar in various capacities. In 2005 when he was President of Lions Club of Dadar, he was conferred with Outstanding President award. Being an alumnus of King George School, Dadar, he had joined their social media  group which was formed with 120 members on completion of 50 years,  2 years ago. This year he even attended their annual get together at Kamshet in February 2020. And that brought him very close to his childhood friends, some of whom had come from far off places like USA, Australia and UAE, besides places like Bangaluru, Indore and Pune.

The sad news about his untimely death shocked many of his friends, who were praying for his speedy recovery almost every day. They could not meet him or his family due to restrictions imposed by Government. But, they paid  their last tributes to his departed soul through hundreds of messages and offering prayers at  a fixed time i.e.  6.30 pm today. Thanks to social media .
