‘Parmanu- The Story of Pokhran’ opens at Rs. 4.82 cr on first day

 

Latest released film ‘ Parmanu- The Story of Pokhran’, which is a tribute to  India’s unsung heroes , who despite all odds, helped  India  to become a Nuclear Super Power, has been receiving a very good response from the audience at cinema theatres.  According to reliable  sources, the film has  made collections of  Rs. 4.82 crores on its opening day , that too on the day when IPL Semi Finals was played.Home Parmanu

 

The film, based on a true story that made India Proud, with  the series of Nuclear Test Explosions in Pokhran 20 years ago . But, the makers have taken few cinematic liberties to present this interesting subject.  The film also salutes the efforts of the Indian Army, scientists, bureaucrats, intelligence agencies and others,  who worked so tirelessly to ensure that India found  its due place in the World Nuclear Map.

 

Directed by Abhishek Sharma, the film  stars John Abraham, Diana Penty and Boman Irani and is produced by  big names like JA Entertainment, Zee Studios and Kyta Productions. Vashu Bhagnani’s Pooja Entertainment is its All India Distributor.
