Looks like post his romantic debut in Bollywood with ‘Sanam Teri Kasam’, there’s no dearth of love in Harshvardhan Rane’s real life either, especially from the female fans, who just can’t seem to get enough of the hunky star. And Harshvardhan, who has been busy shuttling between Mumbai and Hyderabad for his work commitments, made a special one-day visit to his hometown just for them.
A Mumbai-based website received requests from the actor’s female fans as they wanted to reach out to Harsha and share their love for him in the form of gifts. The website had all these gifts sent to Harshvardhan at his home in Hyderabad. However, the actor was in Mumbai during the time and the website got in touch with him informing him about the gifts with a request to oblige his fans. This prompted Harsha to make a one-day trip home to Hyderabad and he was overwhelmed to see the enormous pile of gifts his fans had sent for him.
An insider reveals, “Harshvardhan was in Mumbai, and we had to call him to Hyderabad as his pile of gifts was getting larger by the day. And not surprisingly, most of them are from his female fans, who have been showering their love for him through the gifts. They have sent him mugs to cards, to flowers to t-shirts to soft toys and letters. Harsha was really touched and humbled by all the love he’s been getting.”
Interestingly, not many know but Harshvardhan is known to never accept gifts even from his closest friends. The insider reveals, “Harshvardhan has never accepted any gifts from any of his friends no matter how special the friend is. He doesn’t accept gifts even on his birthday. But he really cherishes anything sent by his fans, even if it’s a simple letter. For him it’s the love that his fans show through the gifts and that’s what makes it special for him. In fact, his friends tease him that they should pose as fans to make sure he accepts their gifts.”
