Swastika Ghosh today left with Team India for Portugal to take part in the Portugal Open TT Championship which begins from 27th November 2018. She has also qualified to play in the World Championship at Bendigo near Melbourne in Australia scheduled from 2nd December 2018.
This direct qualification came because of her World Rank. Swastika is ranked 48 the Jr. girls in the world. Swastika will play along with Archana Kamat and Selena Selvakumar in the Jr. Girls team for the Jr. World Championship. Swastika’s Father and Coach is very happy with Swastika’s progress, as she finds her place in Indian Girls team for the first time for the World Championship. Hope to see the Kharghar ( Navi Mumbai) girl bring medals this time too.
