Boxers Football Academy and Castle Boys SC, both scored identical 1-0 wins in their respective Second Division matches of the MDFA League 2017-2018 and played at the St. Xavier’s Ground, Parel on Saturday.
A determined Boxers outfit scored the lone goal through their striker Janjitwar Dyaneshwar in the 55th minute to secure the win and collect the full three points.
Later in the day, Maxie D’Silva scored the all-important goal midway through the second session to help Castle Boys snatch a close win and walk away with the three points.
