The MDFA Referee Board will be conducting a Refresher Course for all affiliated referees on Saturday, 23rd September, 2017. The course will be conducted in both theory and pratical, from 1.00 pm onwards at the Cooperage ground.
All referees affiliated to the Board should attend the course in order to get acquainted with new changes in FIFA rules and also gain more practical experience. The referees will be guided by Walter Pereira, AFC Match Commissioner and Referee Association along with Dhanraj More, AIFF Match Commissioner and Head of Referee – WIFA.
Referees are requested to report at Cooperage by 12.30 pm. All referees will be provided latest copy of FIFA Laws of the Game (Rule) book.
