The Patil twin sisters, Aarati and Jyoti emerged best in the women’s section on the final day of the PM Hindu Bath Open Swimming Championships, here last night. Aarti aggregated 43 points with four golds and three silver medals, while Jyoti was neck to neck with 41 points with three golds and four silvers to emerge the overall champions in the two-day meet.

Aarti triumphed in the 100m breast stroke, 100m and 200m free style and 200m individual medley events. Jyoti took golds in the 100m back stroke, 100m butterfly and 50 m free style events.
