A resilient Bhosale Cricket Club produced a determined fighting performance to snatch a thrilling three-run victory against Shiv Seva Cricket Club in a second round league match of the MCC Talent Search Boys’ U-14 Cricket League 2025, organised by Jwala Sports Foundation and played at the Oval Maidan on Thursday.

Electing to bat, Bhosale CC batters struggled to build a big innings and were bowled out for a measly 127 in 30.4 overs. Cristiano Buthello 30 runs and Vivek Yadav 32 runs were the only two batsmen to stay long in the middle. Shiv Seva bowlers Aahil Ali Sayed 3 for 15, Sarvagya Yadav 3 for 19 and Aarish Sreekanth 2 for 22 were the successful bowlers.
Later, Bhosale CC defending a small total rose to the challenge as they bowled well and the bowlers were backed by some tight fielding and they managed to skittle out Shiv Seva for 124 runs in 30.4 overs to secure a satisfying win.
Shiv Seva’s Soham Mokari top-scored with 48 runs, while Bhosale bowlers Shardul Anil 3 for 2 and ‘Player of the Match’ Yug Maskara 3 for 28 claimed most of the wickets to seal the win.
