CCI billiards marker Changdeo Pacharne advanced into the second round with a 3-1 win over Shaan Patel in a first round match of the CCI Snooker Classic 2026 played at the iconic Cricket Club of India’s Wilson Jones Billiards Hall on Monday. Pacharne turned the tables on Patel with a 59-45, 55-45, 22-54, and 48-40 win.

Rahul Narang and Nikhil Bhansali scored contrasting wins to advance to the second round.
While a determined Narang showed great character to win the last two frames to overcome Nitin Dingria 3-2 (42-61, 78-26, 0-68, 54-19, 72-46), Bhansali was on a roll and breezed past Shijeet Menon posting a 3-0 (78-22, 84-55, 61-35) victory
