Mumbai Snipers powered by the impressive performances from Johan Joshua and Aarav Bist charged to facile 77-56 (HT: 29-24) win over Pune Global Sports in a Boys’ U-13 match of the Olympia Sports & Events organised 1st Basketball Development League (BDL), Mumbai edition and played at the VIBGYOR High School courts, Goregaon, West on Friday.

The BDL is conducted under the auspices of the North Mumbai District Basketball Association (NMDBA).
Joshua top-scored with 28 points and Aarav played the perfect supporting role scoring 27 points. Aarush Thakkar chipped in with 14 points.
For Pune Global Omar Qureshi was the leading scorer with 27 points while Vedant Kadam contributed 13 points.
In the second match, Raigad Crossers got the better of South Mumbai Maniacs 88-72 in a high scoring encounter.
Results Boys’ U-13; Raigad Crossers (Salman Shaikh 31, Zaid Qureshi 27) beat South Mumbai Maniacs ( Moin 27, Daivik 11, Vishaun Lasardo 9) – 88-72 (HT: 35-44).
