Nexus Youth Foundation (NYF) powered by the brilliance of striker Jaden Alex who notched up a fine hat-trick charged to a facile 5-0 win against Vibrants FC in a Group B league match of the Suburban Premier Football League 2025, organised by the Games & Athletics Association and played at the St. Francis D’Assisi HS ground, Borivali.
Alex received good support from teammates Mayur Shirke and Bhavik Patil, both scoring a goal each to complete the winning tally.
Meanwhile, Satya Vijaya SC maintained their impressive winning form as they scored an authoritative 7-2 win against Shalom United in another Group-B encounter.
Satya Vijaya scored through Dane Pereira and Aryan Yadav, both scoring two goals each. While Tushar Poojary, Noel Dias and Umesh Perambra chipped in with one goal apiece to round off the winning margin.
Earlier, in a Group-A match, Mohammed Siddiqui’s twin strikes helped Holy Cross Sports Federation defeat Western Sports Foundation 2-0.
In another Group-A contest, Poojary FC and Shelar FC shared honours as they played out a goalless draw.
Kaushik FC, riding on Shubham Gole’s brace of goals, blanked Charkop FC 4-0 in a Group-B match. Montu D’Souza and Daljeet Bhogal scored the other two goals.
