Dr. Sadiya to offer a free Spine & Posture Seminar under the banner of MMTTC


Well known Physiotherapist Dr. Sadiya Vanjara has offered her services to Maharashtra Masters’ Table Tennis Committee ( MMTTC), by conducting a Free Spine & Posture Seminar during their next Masters’ TT tournament to be held at Kalidas Sports Complex, Mulund.

As a professional from medical background, Dr. Sadiya has total clinical experience of 24 years in India and abroad. She is the founder/ Proprietor at Sparsh 4.0 Heathcare Products and Sparsh 4.0 Physiotherapy & Pain Management Studio at Mazgaon, Mumbai. She has conducted multiple honorary seminars on Spine, Joints & Posture correction  etc. across Mumbai and Thane. She has also successfully conducted Seminar for Thane Police on Spine injuries and pain management.

Dr. Sadiya is herself a finest Table Tennis player and regularly participates in the State and National level TT tournaments. This year, she won a Bronze medal in the Women’s Doubles 45+ group at the World Veterans TT Championship at Muscat, Oman. Therefore, she can understand and treat the injuries of TT players better, especially in the 40+ age group.

Besides attending to elderly patients with Knee and spinal injuries, Dr. Sadiya has also many success stories, while treating children addicted with electronic gadgets. Today, children in the age group of 3-5 years have suffered neck problems and headaches and Dr. Sadiya has taken up the challenge to attend to such patients. She has also made a 12 year old visually impaired boy walk, who had never stood on his feet before.     

Renowned Veteran TT player Percy Mehta is all praise for Dr. Sadiya. Speaking about her treatment, Percy says,   “Dr. Sadiya has a magical touch. She cured my shoulder pain which persisted for more than a year, in just one sitting. Pure Magic!”

Table Tennis is the best aerobic activity. It is one such sport, where quick reflexes are involved at the competitive level and therefore injuries are bound to happen. How to avoid these injuries and how to treat them, is what Dr. Sadiya will be explaining at the seminar, which she will be conducting for participants at the next MMTTC table tennis tournament.
