The final of the Elite Group between Reserve Bank of India and Bank of Baroda and Plate Group between Citibank and ICICI Bank for the 63rd 63rd Sir Benegal Rama Rau RBi Shield tournament was called off without a ball being sent down at the P.J. Hindu Gymkhana ground on Wednesday.
Overnight rain had rendered conditions at the ground unplayable and the two teams in each group were declared joint winners. Mr. Sandeep Kumar , Chief Gen. Manager, RBI was the chief guest and presented the trophy to the joint winners.
