MCC Gold emerged winners against MCC Purple in their Pro 40 Cricket League tournament 2026 (Plate Group) organised by Jwala Sports Foundation and played at the Oval Maidan. MCC Gold registered a four wicket win.

MCC Gold won the toss and elected to bowl restricting MCC Purple to 154 for nine in their 40 overs. Nehal Chauhan did the star turn for Gold claiming five wickets for 15 and fittingly was awarded the Man of the Match award.
Price Kumar 43 and Ayush Gupta 30 were the main contributors with the willow for the Purple outfit.
In their reply, MCC Gold knocked off the requisite target reaching 156 for 6 in 21.1 overs. Yuvraj Salaria 74(51-balls) and Ayush Sutar 34 were in sparkling form for the victors. Yash Vinod Bhuite bagged two for 48 for the Purple outfit.
