SHSA shows the way to spot sports talent at grass root level

The ongoing Asian Games are in the concluding stage and India is all set to cross the target of total 100 medals. With Olympics coming up next year, this is certainly an inspiring news for young children who are actively involved in sports training. India has got the talent, but it is very necessary to groom them with the right kind of training and facilities.  Not everything can be done by state and Central Governments and Sports Ministry. Some non government organisations should come forward to spot the talent especially at the grass root level.
