Major injury which occured among TT players was injury to rotator cuff. The rotator cuff is a group of four muscles and their tendons that stabilize the shoulder joint and enable a wide range of motion.

“Warm ups are very important to activate the musicles and equally important are the cool down stretches. Players should use thera band exercises to  strengthen their shoulders. Players generally do lower body exercises, but avoid upper body exercises, which result in injuries to rotatoe cuff, which are very painful, ” she concluded.
