The Maharashtra Kho-Kho Association has announced a State-Level Kho-Kho Referee Camp to improve the quality, discipline and professionalism of officiating in the state. The two-day camp will be held on August 22 and 23, 2026, at Sadguru Gadge Maharaj College, Karad.

The camp is not just a training programme but also an opportunity for referees to qualify for appointments in upcoming Maharashtra State Kho-Kho Championships. Only those referees who attend the camp for the full duration will be considered for appointment in future state competitions.
Focus on Better Officiating
Maharashtra Kho-Kho Association General Secretary Prof. Dr. Chandrajit Jadhav said the camp has been planned to update referees with the latest rules, improve decision-making skills and promote professional standards in officiating.
The camp is being jointly organised by the Amateur Kho-Kho Association, Sangli, and Sadguru Gadge Maharaj College, Karad, under the Rayat Shikshan Sanstha.
Open to Qualified Referees
All referees working under district Kho-Kho associations who have passed the State or National Referee Examination are eligible to attend the camp. The Association has appealed to all eligible referees to take advantage of this important opportunity.
Online Registration is Mandatory
Online registration is compulsory for all participants. Only registered referees will be allowed to attend the camp.
