The successful hosting of 22nd Commonwealth Table Tennis championship in Delhi recently, clearly indicates that India is getting ready to host bigger sports events in future. The Chairman of CommonwealthTable Tennis Federation( CTTF) Mr. Vivek Kohli has thanked the dynamic Chief Minister of Delhi Ms. Rekha Gupta for not only her physical presence during the inaugural and concluding ceremony, but also interacting with delegates of their federation and hearing their feedback.

Reacting on the successful completition of this prestigious TT event, CM Rekha Gupta said, “As Delhi hosted the athletes, coaches and officials from 25 Commonwealth nations, the city proudly reaffirms its place as a destination for world-class sporting events. Delhi has once again demonstrated that it is among the world’s finest sporting capitals, where excellence on the field is matched by warmth in hospitality.”
Congratulating Team India for their magnificent performance, she further added, “Every Gold, Silver and Bronze won by our paddlers reflects years of discipline, sacrifice and determination. The remarkable performances of our women champions have once again filled every Indian heart with pride and showcased the soaring strength of India’s Nari Shakti.”
