Our Indian sportspersons are working really hard to win more and more medals for India at the ongoing Asian Games in Aichi- Nagoya, Japan. Today, they added six more medals to their medals tally. After Nitish Kumar secured a Silver medal in wrestling, our sailors Manu Francis and Prince Noble Kurisinkal brought another Silver for the country Men’s Skiff. Their performance was followed by Harshita Tomar and Shital Verma by winning Bronze in the Women’s Skiff sailing event.

Earlier during the day,India’s Ganesh Mani Ratnam Thirumuru bagged a Bronze medal in Men’s Individual Compound Archery event. 2more Bronze medals were won by our Men’s and Women’s Squash teams.
Good news also came from our Hockey and Cricket fields today. While our Indian Men’s Cricket team scored a comfortable 124 runs win over Sri Lanka in semi final match, our Men’s Hockey team defeated Pakistan 4-3 in a hard fought battle to secure their medal. In an exciting finish Abhishek scored the last winning goal. More medals are expected from our Indian athletes in Archery, Boxing , Hockey and other remaining events.
