International TT player Swastika Ghosh reclaims her form after recovering from injury

Young talented and dashing table tennis player Swastika Ghosh from Navi Mumbai has made a great comeback at the international level, after resting for 3 months due to an injury. Swastika has been playing competitive table tennis for the past ten years at the national and international level. She has given consistent remarkable performances at the ITTF , The Asia Cup and various WTT tournaments at the international level.

Ranked 5th in India as per the last ranking list released in March 2026, 23 year old  Swastika had won Women’s singles crown at the Panchakula National Ranking TT tournament, seven months ago. She had secured 132nd position in the World rankings. Recently, she secured 4 international medals in just 40 days time.

Swastika withOnly last week, Swastika won 2 medals at WTT Feeder TT Championsjhip in Istambul. Swastika alongwith Taneesha Kotecha won the Women’s doubles title and was Runner-up along with Ankur Bhattacharjee in Mixed doubles in the same tournament.

Swastika who is pursuing her M.A. in English at CKT College , Panvel, prctices at the TT Centre in Ramshseth Thakur College, Navi Mumbai under the guidance of her father, coach & mentor Sandip Ghosh. With fresh energy after recovering from injury, she is all set to win more and more medals for India.
