The Matunga Gymkhana will be hosting the GMBA Invitational Inter-Club Badminton Tournament 2026 from April 3 to April 5, 2026, under the aegis of the Greater Mumbai Badminton Association.
The prestigious tournament will feature participation from some of Mumbai’s most renowned clubs, including Bombay Gymkhana, Cricket Club of India, PJ Hindu Gymkhana, NSCI, Jolly Gymkhana, and Goregaon Sports Club, along with other prominent clubs, including the host team.
The competition will be conducted in a team championship format (league-cum-knockout) across multiple categories —
80+ Combined Age Doubles, 90+ Combined Age Doubles, 100+ Combined Age Doubles, Open Doubles and Mixed Doubles
Participation is strictly limited to regular members with voting rights representing their respective clubs. Playing members and honorary members will not be eligible to compete.
